the healthcare industry, the physician's medical and administrative "staff" is

| Rita Yokoyama, R.N., MBA |
A registered nurse
since 1964, Rita's field of expertise is healthcare management with
specific focus on bioethics. She serves on various healthcare committees,
community focus groups, and has served as past president of the St.
Vincent Medical Center Auxiliary.
Rita manages the
administration aspect of Dr. Yokoyama's practice. Her responsibilities
include contract negotiation, marketing, and business development.

| Steve Yokoyama |
Steve oversees the
day-to-day operations of Pacific Cardiothoracic Surgery Group. With
over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, Steve works
closely with PCSG's patients to ensure they receive the highest level
pre and post-operative care possible. He has excellent working relationships
with some of Los Angeles' top physicians, and serves as a solid coordinating
link between the patient and patient's referring doctor.
Among Steve's responsibilities
are surgery scheduling, insurance authorization, and developing patient
awareness to pre-operative and post-operative aspects of the surgery.
